shipping, pick ups, & returns

RETURN POLICY:

We had hoped you’d love your order, but shit happens:

  • Initiate your return within 45 days of the purchase date on your receipt or packing slip.
  • If you want to replace an item in a different size or color, we recommend processing a purchase quickly as items do sell out.
  • Customers will be responsible for shipping costs of a return.
  • In the case of an exchange, the customer would be responsible for shipping back, however we will provide free shipping for the new item.
  • For sanitary and COVID-19 precautions we will not be able to accept worn/washed items.
  • Please return items in original packaging with packing slip, and the items you are returning marked on the slip.


LOCAL PICK UPS:

  • Pick ups are available on Tuesday and Thursday  evenings between 6:00-9:00pm unless specified differently on social media. 
  • Due to COVID-19 precautions there will be a box outside with your order placed in it for contactless pick up.
  • Please let us know when you’ll be stopping by to ensure your safety of running into another customer.
  • Please have your order picked up within 30 days. If you do not pick up your order within 30 days the order will be restocked.
  • If you are unable to pick up your order in this time frame due to extenuating circumstances, just let us know and we’ll come up with a plan for you. 


SHIPPING:

  • $15.00 flat rate for orders under $150.00.
  • Free shipping for orders over $150.00.
  • Customers will be responsible for shipping costs of a return.
  • In the case of an exchange, the customer would be responsible for shipping back, however we will provide free shipping for the new item.
